We dive straight into the essential Odoo features that help you manage your daily administration with speed and precision.

Designed for business owners and administrators who know their way around a balance sheet, this workshop bridges the gap between accounting knowledge and software mastery. 

You will learn the basic steps to keep your books clean, automated, and up to date.

What we will cover

  • Invoicing: Creating, sending, and tracking customer invoices.

  • Entering vendor bills: Registering and managing vendor bills without the hassle.

  • Bank Matching: Efficiently reconciling and matching your bank statements.

  • Basic Financial Reports: Quickly accessing and reading your balance sheet and profit & loss reports.

Workshop details

  • Investment: XCG 270,- (excl. OB)

  • What's included: 2 hours of expert hands-on training, practical handouts, and a great atmosphere with coffee, tea, and local treats at Kas Pampoen.

  • Odoo Version: We will focus our workshop on Odoo version 19. 

  • Language: We will speak English during the training however our host is also able to answer questions in Dutch and Papiamentu.

If you currently do not have an Odoo account yet, no problem, we'll arrange a demo account for you during the workshop. 

Workshop requirements

To ensure a high-paced and productive session, you should have a basic understanding of accounting principles. We focus on the technical "how-to" in Odoo, providing you with the practical shortcuts to master your administration.


About the workshop host: Lina Nijman

Lina Nijman is the director & lead consultant at MAKEMYDAY.BIZ and a dedicated Odoo Partner with over 15 years of experience living and working on Curaçao. As an entrepreneur herself, she understands the daily juggle of running a business in the Caribbean. Lina specializes in making Odoo work for you, sharing the exact workflows and "shortcuts" she uses to help over 35 local businesses stay organized and efficient!


Payment & cancellation policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, we work with a firm reservation system.

  • Secure your spot: Payment is completed instantly during registration via Sentoo (MCB, Banco di Caribe, Orco or iDEAL.)

  • Fixed reservations: Since we prepare materials and catering specifically for your attendance, we do not offer monetary refunds.

  • Unforeseen circumstances: If you are unable to attend due to a significant emergency, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session. At our discretion, we may offer a workshop voucher for a future date. You are also welcome to send a colleague in your place.

  • Workshop changes: In the unlikely event that we have to reschedule or cancel the session from our side, all registered participants will receive a full credit voucher for the next available date.
