Our AI agent books your supplier invoices and receipts in Odoo for you. No OCR credits needed. Nothing gets booked blindly.
How it works
1. Send
Email or scan your invoices and receipts to your own Odoo, as you do today.
2. Read
The agent reads the invoice and finds or creates the vendor.
3. Check
It checks for duplicates and picks the account from your own booking history.
4. Book
It posts the bill. Not sure? It holds the bill and tells you why in the chatter.
What you get
- Up to 50 invoices a month. Need more? Add 100 invoices for $20 (excl. OB).
- PDFs, e-invoices, phone scans and photos (jpg, png, webp). One receipt per email.
- XCG, USD and EUR, if configured in your Odoo database.
- We monitor the agent every day, and your dashboard shows what was booked and what was held back.

Every company that already runs Odoo and wants a faster way to book its supplier invoices.
Requirements
- An active MMD Care Plan. No Care Plan yet? We plan a short intake and you start a Care Plan.
- Odoo 17 or higher: Odoo.sh, or Odoo Online on the Custom plan.
- Made for Curaçao (OB) and Bonaire (ABB). Elsewhere? We start with a learning period.
- A dedicated Odoo user for the agent. This counts as one internal user in your Odoo subscription.
Pilot price
$22.50
per month, per company, excl. OB
Up to 50 invoices a month. Need more? $20 per 100 extra invoices (excl. OB).
Minimum term 3 months, then cancel monthly. Monthly invoice, paid via Sentoo. Payments are final.
Frequently asked questions
Only when it's sure. When in doubt, it holds the bill and notes the reason in the chatter. You review the posted bills and stay responsible for your bookkeeping.
PDFs, e-invoices, phone scans and photos (jpg, png, webp). Send one receipt per email. On an iPhone, set Settings, Camera, Formats to Most Compatible.
Your invoices stay in your own Odoo. To read them, the agent sends them to our AI provider Anthropic, which does not train on your data. Our Data Processing Agreement covers the details.
We keep improving the service. We may change the price or terms, or end the pilot. If we do, you can cancel right away.
Pay your first month in our shop. We plan your onboarding (and intake, if you're new to us) and send you the link. You create a user and API key in your Odoo in three steps, and we guide you.
