MAKEMYD-AI: your supplier invoices, booked in Odoo (pilot)
Stop typing in supplier invoices. Send them to your Odoo and our AI agent does the rest: it reads the invoice, finds or creates the vendor, checks for duplicates, picks the right account and posts the bill. Not sure about one? It holds the bill and tells you why in the Odoo chatter. Nothing gets booked blindly!
This is a pilot. We keep improving the service, and we may change the price or terms along the way. If we do, you can cancel right away.
What you get
- Up to 50 invoices a month. Want more? Add on 100 invoices for $20.
- PDFs, e-invoices, phone scans and photos (jpg, png, webp). One receipt per email.
- XCG, USD and EUR, if configured in your Odoo database.
- We check the results every day, and your dashboard shows what was booked and what was held back.
Who it's for
Every company that already has Odoo, and want a faster way of booking their supplier invoices!
Requirements:
- You have an active MMD Care Plan with us. If you don't have this, we'll plan a short intake for this before you onboard.
- Odoo 17 or higher: Odoo.sh or Odoo Online on the Custom plan.
- A dedicated Odoo User for the agent.
- Made for Curaçao (OB) and Bonaire (ABB). Elsewhere? We start with a learning period.
How to get started
- Pay your first month.
- We plan your onboarding (and intake, if you're new to us) and send you the link.
- You create a user and API key in your Odoo. Three steps, we guide you.
- Your invoices start flowing in.
You stay in control You review the posted bills and remain responsible for your bookkeeping.
The fine print
Pilot: we may end the service at the end of any paid month.
We may stop the service immediately if it puts your data or bookkeeping at risk.
If costs rise (for example AI costs), we may raise the price or change the terms. We let you know by email, and you can cancel from the date of the change, even within the minimum term.
Minimum term 3 months, then cancel monthly.
Monthly invoice, paid via Sentoo with the payment link on each invoice.
Payments are final. No refunds.
No match at the intake? We stop the subscription, and no further invoices follow.
