Small-scale, focused and hands-on.

This is an exclusive, small-scale workshop: just you, a handful of fellow entrepreneurs and three focused hours of hands-on work in Odoo. With a maximum of 5 participants, there is plenty of room for your own questions, your own setup and your own way of working.

Designed for business owners and administrators who want to handle their day-to-day bookkeeping in Odoo with confidence. We skip the theory and go straight to the practical steps that keep your administration clean and up to date.

What we will cover

  • Invoicing: Creating, sending and following up on customer invoices.

  • Vendor bills: Registering and managing your purchase invoices.

  • Bank matching: Reconciling your bank statements quickly and correctly.

  • Basic reports: Reading your balance sheet and profit & loss.

Workshop details

  • Pick your Monday: The workshop runs on several Monday afternoons in November, from 15:00 to 18:00. Each session is a complete workshop, so you choose one date when you register.

  • Group size: maximum 5 participants per session

  • Investment: XCG 299,- per person (excl. OB)

  • What's included: Personal hands-on training, practical handouts, coffee and tea.

  • Location: MAKEMYDAY.BIZ office, Rotterdamweg 36, Curaçao.

  • Language: We speak English during the training, and questions are welcome in Dutch and Papiamentu.

Workshop requirements

You need your own Odoo account to join. We work directly in your own environment, so you leave with a setup you can keep using right away. Any Odoo version works; our examples are based on Odoo 19 and 20. Please bring your laptop and make sure you can log in before the session starts.


About the workshop host: Lina Nijman

Lina Nijman is director & lead consultant at MAKEMYDAY.BIZ, an Odoo Partner on Curaçao. As an entrepreneur herself, she knows the daily juggle of running a business in the Caribbean, and she shares the exact workflows and "shortcuts" she uses to help local businesses stay organized and efficient.

To ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, we work with a firm reservation system.

  • Secure your spot: Payment is completed instantly during registration via Sentoo (MCB, Banco di Caribe, Orco or iDEAL).

  • Fixed reservations: Since we prepare materials specifically for your attendance, we do not offer monetary refunds.

  • Unforeseen circumstances: If you are unable to attend due to a significant emergency, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session. At our discretion, we may offer a workshop voucher for a future date. You are also welcome to send a colleague in your place.

  • Workshop changes: In the unlikely event that we have to reschedule or cancel the session from our side, all registered participants will receive a full credit voucher for the next available date.
