Wholesale across multiple warehouses
Challenge: Bay West Caribbean is a leading wholesaler on Curacao and Bonaire delivering everything when it comes to hygiene, restaurant supplies and hotel amenities. They have several warehouses and locations, deliveries and stock to track, and accounting to keep in order.
What we did: We implemented Odoo for inventory, deliveries and accounting across all locations, plus an online portal where hotels, restaurants and offices order and re-order themselves, with catalog management behind it.
Result: Bay West can now operate one system for stock, deliveries and accounting and they have a beautiful customer portal where their customers can order and re-order from that portal so the sales team can handle all requests from them in a timely and efficient matter.
32 | THE CREATIVE STUDIO
From bookkeeping to online bookings for their studio in Pietermaai
Challenge: 32 The Creative Studio works from the picturesque Nieuwstraat in Pietermaai. They opened in 2025 and were in need of one system for the whole business, from bookkeeping to planning and from online bookings for the studio, workshops and courses to the daily POS in the shop.
What we did: We took over the implementation and moved it to Odoo.sh for better integration with Sentoo payments and online bookings and trained the team on accounting, pos, website and online bookings.
Result: They operate on a complete system where their customers book and pay online, and the back office runs in the same system for full control and overview.
Creations Galore / Chichi®️ Garden
Two locations: inventory, bookkeeping & point of sale
Challenge: Chichi®️ operates two shops: Chichi Shop Punda in downtown Willemstad and Chichi®️ Garden on the east side of Curaçao, close to Sint Joris Bay. Each location has its own cash register and inventory, while bookkeeping needs to accurately reflect daily sales from both.
Result: A consolidated overview of sales and inventory across both shops, cash registers that meet SBAB requirements, and bookkeeping based on the same data used by the shops.
